If you need answers to your cleaning, organizing, and decorating questions, a great idea is to Ask Anna! So when she had a question of her own: which floors she should put in her dated and Mauve-dominated (her words, not ours ☺) downstairs game room, we sent her some suggestions.
Anna wanted durable flooring that could get wet on occasion because the downstairs bathroom is the one everyone uses when people are out by the pool in the summer. “Oftentimes we have wet feet running through this space, heading to the bathroom,” she said.
She researched the Quick•Step options and was thrilled! “Envique checked off all the boxes of what I was looking for in the perfect flooring,” she wrote. “Durable, able to get wet, beautiful, etc.”
Once Anna and her husband started installing the floors, they couldn’t believe how easy it was. The installation moved along quickly because of Quick•Step’s patented Uniclic locking system. Uniclic, Anna wrote, “gives added protection to help prevent water damage and warping, which is one of the main reasons I chose these floors over traditional laminate flooring.”
She even got an endorsement from the man who installed the carpet in her bedroom renovation, who told her that Quick•Step flooring “was the easiest flooring to install!”
This GIF image she made of her installation demonstrates how easy it is for even a non-professional. Just line up the locking system, snap it flat, and tap it into place.
The before and after pictures of her game room show why she was so excited for the makeover and why she’s so happy with the results.
And after …
